  • Anyone and everyone! Pole is for all bodies, genders, and backgrounds. Whether you are looking to add some cross training to your fitness regimen or exploring the sensual side of yourself, anyone and everyone can try pole dancing.

  • Whatever makes you feel comfortable! A t-shirt/ tank top and yoga pants/ shorts are recommended for the Level 1 class. Knee pads and/or yoga pants are highly recommended to choreography class. Shorts recommended for higher level classes for more skin contact with the pole. Heels always welcome in all classes!

  • Sharing poles in class creates a built in break, helps build friendship and comradery, and can be extremely helpful in the learning process by allowing students to visually explore moves & transitions.

  • Yes! 1-1 privates and private group instruction are available, please reach out for more information at highdesertpole@gmail.com.

  • Taking video of yourself is highly encouraged during classes! Please be mindful of other students around you before filming and ask for consent before posting a video with another student in it on social media.
